Returns, Exchanges and Refunds
All items sold online at regular price can be returned, exchanged or refunded free of charge, within 15 days of receipt of the goods.
Items on sale can be returned, at your expense, except for incorrect or defective products, which are covered by our free return guarantee. You can also drop them off at one of our points of sale, or at the head office. These items are only eligible for an exchange or refund in the form of a credit note.
Items at 40% or more are final sale. They cannot therefore be returned, exchanged or refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including the tag. It must also be in its original packaging. However, the packaging plastics may have been opened, of course, to try on the garment, if necessary.
Items must be returned within 5 days of receiving the return label to be eligible for a refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you're approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse returns in exceptional and abusive cases. We would like to make you aware of the fact that we are happy to offer you shopping facilities and that we are aware that sometimes the items ordered are not suitable. However, we are confident that as a responsible and respectful customer, you will know how to consult the product description, as well as the size charts in order to limit returns.
Defective, Damaged and Guaranteed Items
Within 30 days, any item that is defective or damaged in transit will be replaced, free of charge. Keep the item and its original packaging and send us an email to inform us of the situation: context of the breakage, photos of the package upon receipt, etc. and we will inform you of the replacement arrangements afterwards.

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. A credit note will be issued in the event of a return.
Articles related to a competition
Items purchased as part of a contest (eg participation in connection with a purchase from a company, or gift card won during a promotion) are not refundable. Exchanges only.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
