Refund policy
Returns, exchanges, and refunds
Sale items can be returned at your own expense, except for incorrect or defective products, which are covered by our no-cost return guarantee. You can also return them to one of our retail locations or our headquarters. These items are only eligible for exchange or a refund in the form of a credit note.
Items on sale at 40% or more are considered final sale and, therefore, cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, including the label. It must also be in its original packaging. However, packaging plastics may have been opened to try on the clothing, if necessary.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method or credit card.
Defective, Damaged Items, and Warranties
Within 30 days, any defective or transportation-damaged item will be replaced at no cost. Please keep the item along with its original packaging and send us an email to inform us of the situation, including details about the damage, photos of the package upon receipt, etc. We will then provide you with replacement instructions.

Refunds
Regular-priced items are refundable within 15 days. Please note that items must be returned within 5 days after receiving your return label.
Non-refundable items:

Items on sale
Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. A credit note will be issued for returns.
Contest-related items
Items purchased as part of a contest (e.g., participation related to a company's purchase or gift card won in a promotion) are not refundable. Exchange only.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is displayed.
